How it works…

When we become mindful of feelings in our body and focus our attention there, this alone can invoke healing, so when coupled with a psychosensory technique like tapping or listening to bilateral audio for example, the healing process becomes ever more powerful and transformational.

The essence of this experience is to identify a discomfort in your current experience and inquisitively explore it and to also use a suitable technique to calm the emotional connection your body has to that experience.

During a session it is fine to talk, but equally it is ok to be silent and just notice your experience, many of the deep effects take place on a subconscious level, as the body releases long held emotions and tensions, it naturally heals itself. This often does not require a continuous conversation, silence is powerful often allowing a deeper experience.

This process is highly rewarding and not only heals painful memories but also opens the door to growth and positive change.
